This boat has been very well maintained by HWC
I bought this boat brand new from HWC...so I will be glad to answer any questions you may have about it.

Out of simple curiousity why was the engine rebuilt after 200 hours?  Is that common practice?

i'm not really sure...there was some problems with the pistons/rings...so the motor was rebuilt  from block up... warranty work

yeah...i sure hate to get rid of it, we've had alot of good times on it..but if I'm going to buy a house in the neighborhood then I guess I have to give up something...if it wasn't for that..I would not even consider putting it up for sale..its been a really good boat

if that hull is like Justin's the wake is great (even surfable) and it is very roomy for a DD.

I've been told that the 216s throw a good surf wake..I've never personally surfed behind it though. I was told to throw a 300-450 lbs sack on one side of the motor box and fill the factory ballast and the boat will throw a really good surf swell. I may try it the next time we go out or at fall bash!
